Jason Alaniz comes to Adame Commercial as an agent after serving the City of Corpus Christi as the Coordinator for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Prior to that, he served as the Economic Development intern for the City. Jason's unique knowledge of funding opportunities and tax incentives ensures that all available funding resources are utilized. This helps developers by creating outreach efforts to encourage interdepartmental, intergovernmental and community collaboration.
A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jason graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics. Jason joined Adame Commercial, Inc. in August 2009 and leads a team that is focused on creating commercial real estate opportunities and solutions.
